Will I have to pay before knowing what age group and cost?
No, the software used for the registration process will display the cost (including if any discount is available), as well as the age group your child will be placed in. You will not be asked to pay before you know the total cost and age group. You are welcome to create an account and begin the process, even if you decide not to complete the registration. You can even come back later and complete the registration.
When does registration begin?
Registration will begin July 22nd, 2022 if ready and run through August 7th before LATE FEES kick in on Monday August 8th. Please complete your registration on or before August 7th to avoid a $10.00 late fee.
How much is registration?
$65 per player
How old does my child have to be?
Children need to turn 4 on or before July 31st in order to play in the U-6 division. If they turn 4 on or after August 1st they must wait until next year to play. Those turning 6 on or after Aug 1st play down in the U-6 division. Those turning 6 on or before July 31st must move up to the U-8 division. The same holds for each age division.
Where are the games played?
Games are played at the soccer park on South Sixth Street Road, Vincennes, IN 500 yards south of 6th and Willow Street.
When is the first game?
Games will begin the Sunday after Labor Day Sept 11th, 2022 and will continue until the last Sunday on October 3oth, 2022.
What equipment is provided?
Jerseys and socks are provided by the soccer association. Parents will need to provide shin guards, black shorts and shoes. Keep the soccer jersey, keep the socks at the end of the year.
What type of shoe needs to be worn?
Soccer cleats that have rubber cleats, no metal cleats. Younger age groups (U-6 especially) can wear sneakers or athletic type footwear to play.
